Plates:
        The Grids of Plates are made of a special alloy composition having low antimony content which contributes to low gassing and hence less maintenance by reducing the need of frequent topping up. These Plates are designed to meet short duration, high rate discharge and occasional deep discharge, also provide resistance to vibration ensuring high efficiency and long service life.

Separators:
        The Microtex PVC Battery Separators used has been developed for the first time in India.The Separators are manufactured to meet IS: 6071:1986 requirements have the following special features such as Low Electrical resistance, chemical cleanliness, higher porosity, low pore size, superior corrosion resistance and with minimum level of oxidisable organics.
        The special splash proof vent plugs prevent escape of electrolyte, thereby minimizing the water loss and protect connectors and terminals from corrosion.
